Own the agentic AI and Now Assist workstream across Ramisun client implementations. Design, build, and govern AI agents that autonomously resolve incidents and fulfil requests on the Now Platform.
Operate and optimise ServiceNow environments for Ramisun's managed services clients — monitoring platform health, managing upgrades, tuning AI models, and proactively identifying optimisation opportunities.
Support Ramisun's business development by crafting technical responses, running platform demonstrations, and translating client business challenges into compelling ServiceNow solution narratives.
Own Ramisun's digital presence — SEO, GEO/AEO content strategy, LinkedIn, paid campaigns, and website conversion optimisation — targeting enterprise IT buyers for ServiceNow services.
