What you’ll do
- Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
- Configure workflows, Flow Designer and Service Catalog
- Build integrations with REST, SOAP and IntegrationHub
- Deliver Service Portal and Employee Center solutions
- Write business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies and scripted APIs
- Support data migration and integration work
- Run code reviews and unit testing
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide support
- Mentor junior developers
What you bring
- 5–8 years of ServiceNow development
- Enterprise-scale implementation experience
- Development: JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Service Portal, UI Builder, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Virtual Agent
- Integration: REST, SOAP, XML/JSON, OAuth, LDAP, MID Server
- Data & CMDB: CMDB, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Data Sources
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
