You'll do

Design agentic AI workflows using AI Agent Studio and Flow Designer
Configure Now Assist for ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules
Build governance frameworks using AI Control Tower
Measure deflection and auto-resolution rates and optimise for improvement
Guide clients through the Recommend → Supervised → Autonomous adoption ladder

You'll bring

3+ years ServiceNow experience with Now Assist or virtual agent configuration
CSA certified; experience with AI Agent Studio preferred
Understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and enterprise governance
Strong communication — able to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
