Be the bridge between business stakeholders and ServiceNow delivery teams. You will turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories and process flows — and see them through to a successful go-live.

What you’ll do
- Run discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
- Analyse business processes and spot optimisation opportunities
- Document business requirements and functional specifications
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows
- Facilitate solution demos and UAT
- Work closely with architects and developers through implementation
- Support Agile ceremonies and backlog management
- Assist with change management and training
What you bring
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow implementations
- Business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Solid ServiceNow platform knowledge
- Process mapping in Visio or Lucidchart
- User story development and UAT planning/execution
- Strong stakeholder management
