ServiceNow Platform Architect
Own the ServiceNow platform strategy, architecture, governance and technical roadmap. You will make sure every solution is scalable, secure and maintainable — and aligned with business goals and enterprise architecture standards.

What you’ll do
- Define end-to-end platform architecture and technical standards
- Lead solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Set platform governance, development standards and best practices
- Review and approve solution designs, customisations and integrations
- Design enterprise integrations with REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub and MID Servers
- Guide CMDB, Service Mapping, Discovery and data architecture initiatives
- Ensure scalability, performance, security and compliance
- Mentor developers, technical leads and solution architects
- Drive platform optimisation and technical debt reduction
- Support pre-sales, effort estimation and proposals
What you bring
- 12+ years in IT, including 7+ years in ServiceNow architecture
- Experience leading enterprise-wide, multi-module implementations
- Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery and IntegrationHub
- JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Service Portal, UI Builder
- Integration: REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, Azure AD
- Enterprise architecture methods and ITIL
