What you’ll do
- Lead workshops and process assessment sessions
- Design future-state processes using ServiceNow capabilities
- Configure ServiceNow modules to business needs
- Write solution design documents and configuration specs
- Advise clients on platform best practices
- Run gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Support testing, training and deployment
- Collaborate with technical consultants and architects
What you bring
- 5–10 years of consulting, including 3+ years of ServiceNow functional consulting
- Functional depth in one or more of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, ITAM/HAM/SAM, GRC/IRM, FSM
- Process consulting and ITIL framework knowledge
- Requirements analysis and ServiceNow configuration
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management
